Send the record URL and the exact field
The fastest correction requests say precisely what is wrong and what should replace it. General messages like 'this page is inaccurate' slow everything down.
- Record URL or memorial ID
- Incorrect field or text block
- Correct value
- Why you know it is correct
Evidence that helps
The best evidence is another photo of the marker, followed by cemetery office confirmation or a family document that matches the memorial.
