Urgent privacy cases are triaged first. Standard correction and takedown requests receive an initial response within two business days.

Do you delete records entirely?

Sometimes. When deletion is not required, we prefer suppression so the internal audit trail remains intact and repeat mistakes do not reappear.

Can a cemetery opt out?

Yes. Verified cemetery management can request suppression, review gates, or a full takedown of a grounds-level directory.
