Terms of service
Rules for using GraveLedger responsibly, contributing records, and interacting with memorial data.
Using the service
You may search public records freely. Uploading, corrections, and moderation features require accurate submissions and respectful conduct.
Content you submit
You keep ownership of the content you upload, but you grant GraveLedger the right to process, display, and preserve it as part of the memorial record workflow.
- Do not upload knowingly false or misleading memorial data.
- Do not upload photos of living people as the primary subject.
- Do not interfere with moderation, security, or rate limits.
Accuracy and limits
We work hard to publish accurate records, but researchers should still verify important details with primary sources when stakes are high.
