Contributor guidelines
Operational standards for respectful uploads, factual corrections, and evidence-backed participation.
Contributor standard
Contributors are preservation partners, not content mills. Upload with context, describe uncertainty clearly, and never manufacture a cleaner story than the memorial supports.
- Respect the grounds and cemetery rules.
- Leave uncertainty visible instead of guessing.
- Use notes to explain anything unusual about the stone or plot.
Moderation expectations
Repeated low-quality submissions, harassment, or manipulative edits can suspend contributor privileges.
